TV ratings: 'Hell's Kitchen' serves up a Monday win for FOX

Fast National ratings for Monday, Aug. 15, 2011"Hell's Kitchen" cooked up some of its best ratings of the summer on Monday, carrying FOX to an across-the-board win for the night. Week two of "Bachelor Pad," meanwhile, slipped a little bit from last week's premiere, but was up compared to last year.
FOX led the night with 6.4 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/6 share in households. ABC (5.5 million, 3.9/6) beat out CBS (5 million, 3.3/5) for second place. NBC came in fourth with just over 4 million viewers and a 2.7/4. The CW was way back with just 510,000 viewers and a 0.4/1.
In the adults 18-49 demographic, FOX's 2.6 rating led by nearly a full point over ABC's 1.7. CBS drew a 1.4, while neither NBC (0.9) nor The CW (0.2) managed to get above the 1.0 mark.
