'Sons of Anarchy' Season 4 pics: Jax's new haircut and more

charlie-hunnam-soa-s4.jpgSeason 4 of "Sons of Anarchy" begins 14 months after the end of Season 3, with several members of SAMCRO walking out of prison and heading back to Charming.

The town they return to isn't the one they left -- Charming has a new mayor and sheriff who have very different ambitions for the town than the club does. Those external pressures will also give rise to internal conflicts, creator Kurt Sutter said last week at the Television Critics Association press tour. But judging by the first pictures from the Sept. 6 season premiere, the guys are mostly just happy to be free again.

Oh, and Jax (Charlie Hunnam) has a new haircut, as you can see above. He went short while he was in the joint. Here are some more pics from the season premiere, starting with SAMCRO saddled up outside the prison.

ugh. when can we see the first four minutes of the first episode of season four they showed at comic-con?! i've been waiting...... i can't wait anymore. ps. he looks WAY better with short hair.

I beg to differ, altho jax looks good with his short hair however I always have had and always will have a thing for long hair so I think he was way sexier with long hair and ope was hott as well ps as well as chibs

Season 3 was pretty hard to follow...It had too much going on without enough preparation to get to the dramatic extremes that situations came to.

Anyways...Jax...

looks good no matter if he has hair or not...He has a nice face & that's all that matters..=)

Charlie Hunnam is starting to resemble his "Pete Dunham" character from Green Street Hooligans. I thought the long hair he had for the first 3 seasons looked a little stupid. Good idea, changing it

I think Jax look's way better with the shorter hair. But I think he look's fine no matter what hairstyle he has. He is the hottest man on T.V by far!!!!
