'Smallville's' Erica Durance to guest-star on 'Charlie's Angels'

Erica_Durance_Getty.jpgThe upcoming ABC series "Charlie's Angels" is bringing in a face familiar to "Smallville" fans.

Erica Durance, who played Lois Lane on the long-running CW series, will rejoin her old boss Al Gough and the rest of the "Angels" on the set of the new show, according to TVLine.

Durance will play Samantha Masters, a CIA operative who had a relationship with Bosley. The episode with Durance will likely air toward the end of October.

This addition shouldn't come as much of a surprise, as Gough told the site recently that "we'd obviously love to have any of [the 'Smallville' actors] come on the show at some point."

Looks like Gough made good on his plans.

"Charlie's Angels" debuts Sept. 22, at 8 p.m. ET.

Woohoo! Love Erica Durance! I can't wait to see her in it. I just hope the show doesn't get cancelled before her episode airs!

I can't wait to see Erica Durance in a TV series again! Hope she will be part of the regular cast. =)
Thanks for the update, David.

She would have been a better choice for an angel than at least two of those selected.

Looking forward to Erica on Charlie's Angels. She should have been cast as one of the angels in the first place!
