'Parenthood' welcomes John Corbett back for some love triangle drama

john-corbett-lauren-graham-parenthood.jpgOne of our favorite returning dramas, NBC's "Parenthood," is about to get a whole lot more dramatic. Lauren Graham's character, Sarah, was already in for a love life shake-up given the return of Jason Ritter as Mark, her younger (but still totally viable!) love interest.

Now, TVLine reports that another fan favorite is back as well -- "Sex and the City" fave John Corbett, as Seth, Graham's musician ex-husband and the father of her two teenage children. Despite his rather deadbeat dad situation, we couldn't help but fall in love with him (hello, it's John Corbett) last season, and we're sure his return will complicate things for Sarah.

"Just when everything seems to be going well between Sarah and Mark, Seth shows up and he's kind of in a darker place than he's been," executive producer Jason Katims tells the site. "And so you see Sarah really having to struggle with wanting to help him and be there for him, but also at the same time [be fully present] in this relationship with Mark that's really good and healthy."

Who do you prefer, "Parenthood" fans? Seth the DILF or Mark the, uh, TILF? (The T stands for Teacher. Obviously.)

ritter is much better for the character she plays and the show.

i dont really get the deal with corbett, isnt that great, plus his character actually had closure

Mark Cyr for the win! I have to say, though, I'm looking forward to the drama that this triangle will bring about. All three (Graham, Ritter, Corbett) are excellent actors so it should be fun.
