Judy Greer joins 'Two and a Half Men'; Actress to recur as Walden Schmidt's future ex
And now we know the source of Walden Schmidt's heartache. Judy Greer will join "Two and a Half Men" as Bridget, Walden Schmidt's (Ashton Kutcher) future ex-wife according to TV Guide. Kutcher has previously stated that it's this break up with Bridget that sends his character into a nearly suicidal state and leads him to end up with Alan and Jake.
Greer is no stranger to the "Two and a Half Men" set. In 2007 she played one of Charlie's many love interests, Myra.
This is not the first time Greer and Kutcher have teamed up either. Kutcher served as executive producer of the short-lived TV comedy "Miss Guided" in which Greer played the main character, guidance counselor Becky Freeley.

And on what channel and in what year was 'Miss Guided' from? Never heard of it.
Judy Greer was great as Myra on the show before...However she wasn't just one of Charlie's many one night stands, she was a guest star as Herb's sister. In other words a role that people who watch the show will remember.
If Ashton's character was the husband back at home when she cheated with Charlie, that would be funny (in terms of the shows story-lines) This time around though, she will be playing a different character, and that is a bad idea because she was so memorable as Myra. Much as I enjoy Judy's acting, in this case they should have kept her in the same role, or chosen someone else.
I agree w/J, what is this, Lost II?? She was great as Herb's sister. If Chuck Lorre isn't going to stay w/storylines, then why not just re cast Charlie. They should of moved Herb into the Harper household, and at least they could of kept the storyline straight. Charlie 'wins' on this round!
I am not happy about that, i love Judy Greer but she was already perfect as Myra Herb sister and was a really great love interest for Charlie Harper (Greer and Sheen had strong on-screen chemistry) i always wanted them to bring back her for Charlie..finally a female character who can be his equal and not some other brainless bimbos..i don't want to watch her with Ashton Kutcher..not a good match for me..so i will pass..
She usually plays the witty best friend/employee in movies. I cant stand 2 & a half men, she needs to stick with voicing Cheryl on Archer.
This is really stupid. You're telling me they couldn't find another talented actress that hasn't appeared on the show before?
Helllllloooo? She starred in the quirky Mad Love a few short months ago. On CBS. With Sarah Chalke and Jason Biggs, as well as CANADIAN Tyler Labine. (I guess I know why THAT show was cancelled)
I agree with J, Her role as Myra was memorable because she was the only one who was able to play Charlie in his own game. I was speculating it would be one of Kutcher's co-stars in "That 70's Show" that might be casted as Bridget - either Laura Prepon (Donna) or Mila Kunis (Jackie)
I agree, Myra was such a memorable character so it's a bit ridiculous that the writers think we may have forgotten her. Really dumbo to introduce her as Waldon's soon to be ex. What gives?? Do the writers think viewers are stupid??
