Charlie Sheen roast has a host, Seth MacFarlane

Charlie Sheen may not be be among "Men" anymore, but at least for a night, he'll be with a "Family Guy."Comedy Central announced Thursday (Aug. 11) that Seth MacFarlane, creator of "Family Guy," "American Dad" and "The Cleveland Show" will host the upcoming roast of Sheen.
MacFarlane is clearly excited about the opportunity to tear apart the recently fired "Two and a Half Men" star. And it appears that the insults have already begun.
"Charlie is a true icon with a talent that is strong and pure and concentrated into small crystals which can be smoked or eaten," MacFarlane says in a statement.
This marks the third time MacFarlane has served as roast master, with the previous two times searing Donald Trump and David Hasselhoff.
While the rest of the lineup has yet to be announced, it's certain that there's no shortage of material these comics will have to choose from. Sheen's colorful past, in addition to his tumultuous departure from "Two and a Half Men," includes arrests, prostitutes, rehab and the film "Men at Work."
The roast airs Sept. 19 at 10 p.m. ET, the same evening as the debut of Ashton Kutcher on the new "Two and a Half Men."

Sheen will most likely be stoned, it may be for the best because the roast will be mean and ugly. Dean Martin's roast was light and fun, this will be dark and creepy.....like ALL the others Comedy Centeral has done.
Alex Charlie doesn't need to be stoned (maybe you do but not him) and he is used to be roasted and like it when it is done by talented people. During his tour he was roasted every nights by Jeff Ross and thanks to that they became friends. Charlie Sheen is awesome and McFarlane is funny, it will be the night to watch.
Please Alex wake up Sheen can take it, he has a very thick skin with all the non stop medias and self righteous nosy/stalking people trashing for now more than 7 months (and a even more long time ago for some, since the guy had some troubles 90's). He doesn't care and say a give f...K Y.u at all these talentless, bitter folks (maybe like you) and he is freaking right but he likes it when it is some cool, funny people who can roast in a smart way..Charlie Sheen you are the best, will watch it !!
