'Castle' Season 4 promo: ABC totally ships Castle and Beckett
You know, ABC, if you want Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) together you can just take care of that yourself, right?
The network started running a new promo for the upcoming fourth season of "Castle," and, as GMMR points out, the editing resembles a Bastle (Ceckett?) fan video.
Combining the schmaltzy soundtrack of a recent clip reel dedicated to the most romantic moments between ABC's biggest "will they?/won't they?" couple and the Season 4 preview first screened at Comic-Con, the desired endgame here is indisputable.
But when Kate presumably recovers from her shooting, will she return her partner's teary confession of love? Will she even remember?
We don't expect the answers to those questions will be remotely satisfying, but it's nice to see we're not the only ones pulling for these two.
And if you're in the small portion of "Castle" fans not interested in the amorous undertones, at least you can enjoy the montage's look back at Katic's '90s hair from Season 1... which was filmed in 2008.

CANCEL THIS DUMB SHOW
How is it dumb? They are not going to cancel it if it does well.
This is one of the best crime shows on television. The preview looks great.
If we must do a silly name mash-up, I vote for "Caskett". :-)
Castle tops all the cop shows on network television. Between the top notch writing, amazing sets, and the exquisite cast, no other show compares.
The promo just makes one wish that September was here now!
It's CASKETT. That's their official ship name. But I hope this means the network is on-board with creator Andrew Marlowe's plan to get them together (because he said it WILL happen--they really aren't "will they/won't they"--the question is WHEN). Though, the wait is driving me nuts.
Love the dialog, characters, sets, music and chemistry. After a long day, it delivers great entertainment.
Wow, I totally forgot this was the show I was waiting for! No reruns? It should be in syndication by now? Even when the guide states Castle is on, there is something else on tv.
The worst castle ep is WAY better than anything on at any time. Exept maybe Masterchef. But that's ending soon.
Could Stana be even more beautiful?? Can't wait for the new season!! Yay!!
