Casey Anthony's parents talk to Dr. Phil; 'Boardwalk Empire' casts 'Sopranos' alum

The latest TV snacks include a familiar face on "Boardwalk Empire," casting news from "CSI: Miami" and "The Good Wife" and more. Eat up:Casey Anthony's parents, Cindy and George Anthony, will give their first interview since Casey was acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee on "Dr. Phil's" season premiere. Host Phil McGraw says "nothing is off limits" in the interview, which will air Sept. 12. [Dr. Phil]
Former "Sopranos" regular Dominic Chianese will pop up on HBO's current organized-crime drama, "Boardwalk Empire," this season. Chianese will appear in six episodes as Leander Whitlock, an acquaintance of the Commodore (Dabney Coleman). [TV Guide]
Alicia's brother is getting some love on "The Good Wife": Michael Arden ("Source Code") has been cast in the CBS series as a love interest for Owen (Dallas Roberts). The show has also tapped Harvey Fierstein for a guest role as a judge. [TVLine/EW]
Comedy Central has set premiere dates for a bunch of its series in the fall. Among them: "Tosh.0" and "Workaholics" on Tuesday, Sept. 20; "South Park" and "Nick Swardson's Pretend Time" on Wednesday, Oct. 5; and stand-up specials from Craig Ferguson (Oct. 15) and Donald Glover (Nov. 20), among others. A "South Park" behind-the-scenes documentary is also scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 2. [Comedy Central]
Horatio Caine is getting a nemesis on "CSI: Miami." Former "24" star Carlos Bernard has booked a season-long arc as a wealthy, polticially connected man who frustrates Caine (David Caruso) at every turn. The show has also snagged "Breaking Bad's" Dean Norris for a guest role as an Internal Affairs detective. [TV Guide/TVLine]
The History Channel has signed Bill Paxton to star opposite Kevin Costner in its "Hatfields and McCoys" miniseries. Paxton will play the head of the McCoy clan, while Costner (who's also a producer) is playing the Hatfield patriarch. Kevin Reynolds ("The Count of Monte Cristo," "Waterworld") will direct. Jim Belushi is plotting a sitcom comeback. The former "According to Jim" star, who headlined CBS' drama "The Defenders" last season, is developing a comedy about a single father with "Murphy Brown" creator Diane English. ABC Studios will produce it. [Deadline]

Dr. Phil looks guiltier & sicker than anyone he interviews. You can bet cutie Casey won't appear on his cheapskate show when she is ready to talk.
Boycott the show everyone. They are guilty of telling lies and let their daughter go free. They should hide in shame. Why would Dr. Phil want a child molestor on his show, Casey said he was. They both should be in jail.

Won't watch the show. I thought Dr. Phil had more class than that. Cindy should be in jail for perjury and if George did any molesting he should be also. I do not care what they say. I put Dr. Phil in the same class as Jerry Springer.
The charity is one aimed at grandparents rights when they have grandchildren who are missing. I do not feel like they had any involvement, and I feel any parent would do what they did to protect their own children. However, I think they are done drinking the Casey kool-aid at this point.
Your all stupid. All the other sick bastards that doctor Phil interviews are ok but now that he interviewing the parents of of a sick person it's the end of the world. Just because they been in the media for the past three years. If they if you didn't know who the anthonys were you wouldn't care. You would just say oooo another good episode. to cat: i would not bank on that. cindy for sure is still holding on to the ghost of casey's innocence or still covering up.George is a puppet stringed by cindy. We heard enough of Cindy's lied on trial and during the "missing" child era...no need to hear from them. I say move on and boycott Dr. Phil's show.I would not give a cent to their charity foundation! They enabled their daughter by sticking to her and covering for her...The foundation is for grandparents with "missing" children? what a hoax, They still dont admit that CAYLEE was NEVER missing! she was dead because their daughter lied to everyone under this earth! stop fooling with this..there are much more credible causes to give to.
