'White Collar' lets fans decide which opening credits they want

USA has heard from all the "White Collar" fans who were upset with the change to the show's opening titles this season. So it's giving them a chance to get the old ones back."Following an enormous outpouring of feedback" -- or backlash; they say tomato, we say to-mah-to -- over the changed credits, the network will run a poll to determine whether to keep the current titles or revert to the earlier version. Fans can vote at USA's Character Chatter site from Friday, July 8 through Wednesday, July 13, and the winning title sequence will be revealed on "White Collar's" July 19 episode.
"Where would Neal Caffrey be without a second chance? Our new main title sequence has been hotly debated with opinions covering a broad spectrum," series creator Jeff Eastin says. "We respect the opinions of our fans and we couldn't think of a better way to reward their dedication than empowering them with this decision."
The current opening titles are below, followed by the older version. Which do you like better?

I like the new one -- it is cleaner and uncluttered. Only thing -- I would add the stars names with the photos.

I just wish they would make Jones a main character and include him as well.
Keep the new one, except for the music. Music for the original was GREAT! whereas the new music is limp, dull, more boring than a presidential speech.
I agree with Kap and WizzardBoy. Keep the new video opening, with actors names placed in it and return to the old music. Best of both worlds!!
I like the old one because it was more fast paced and made it seem more action-orientated. But the new one is classier... Can't decide....
I think the quick shot of Neil with longer hair in the old one is super hot, so that is where my vote will go.
Personally, I'm getting tired of the constant change to the open and theme song. I really liked the first opening and then they changed that midway through the first season.Why don't they just settle on one... unless Neil has been swiping the old recordings each year.
Prefer the new opening. I like when shows change their opening sequences--gives a reason to actually watch the opening credits. Cosby Show had new opening credits every season. Friends did too, often having a second one half way through each season.
But with Friends and Cosby there was a uniformity. Cosby's seasonal change was always a variation on the same theme tune. Friends always had "I'll Be There For You" and only freshened clips or to make funny titles. With White Collar it feels like someone (most likely the network) can't decide what it wants and be happy with it. Other than having the opening video sequence stay the same between the first mid-season change and the second season (changing only the music), there is no uniformity to the changes.
