TV ratings: 'Hell's Kitchen' serves up a demo win Monday, 'Bachelorette' dips slightly
Fast National ratings for Monday, July 18, 2011Hometown-date night on "The Bachelorette" helped give ABC the biggest overall audience Monday night, although it was down a little bit from last week's ratings. The premiere of "Hell's Kitchen" was also off a bit from its last couple of season debuts, but it did lead FOX to victory among adults 18-49.
ABC averaged 7.1 million viewers and a 4.7 rating/8 share in households for the night, beating out FOX's 5.7 million and 3.4/6. CBS (5.1 million, 3.2/5) came in third. NBC drew 4.8 million viewers and a 3.0/5, while The CW, as usual, was way back with 659,000 viewers and a 0.5/1.
FOX's 2.4 rating led the adults 18-49 demographic. ABC finished second at 2.2. CBS' 1.3 was good for third, topping NBC's 1.0. The CW scored a 0.2.
