'Supernatural' novel 'Coyote's Kiss': Sam and Dean cross the border
If you're missing your weekly Winchester fix as much as we are, this may be just a thing to ease those "Supernatural" withdrawal symptoms before Season 7 premieres on Friday, September 23. "Coyote's Kiss" by Christa Faust, is a brand new official "Supernatural" novel that'll let you in on a hunt that we didn't get to see on-screen this season."Coyote's Kiss" takes place between the Season 6 episodes "Caged Heat" and "Appointment in Samarra" -- meaning it's after Crowley's death, but before Dean managed to get Sam's soul back. The Winchesters get word of a truck found by the side of the road, filled with the violently killed bodies of undocumented Mexican immigrants.
We rarely see Sam and Dean outside the lower 48, but for this investigation, they cross the border into Mexico... with the help of a "tattoed, pistol-packing bandita on a motorcycle" named Xochi Cazadora. The hunt leads them to tangle with Aztec gods and monsters as they explore Mexico City.
Zap2it has an exclusive first look at the novel, with an excerpt below. You can get your own copy via Amazon or read it in e-book format here. Let us know what you think in the comments section!

Of course, it wouldn't be someone named "Andrea Lopez", a common if not-mexican-sounding name. It has to be someone who last name is "Hunter". I don't think this writer knows subtlety.
So, this makes me want to go buy it. I love 'Supernatural' so this is cool.
