'Glee' Season 3: EP talks Finn and Rachel, Will and Emma

rachel-finn-glee.jpgYes "Glee" fans, we hear you.

While some viewers tune in for the endless Journey covers or Sue's awesome (and sometimes offensive) one-liners, but let's be honest: Most tune in for the relationship drama and no two couples attract more attention from fans that Will (Matthew Morrison) and Emma (Jayma Mays) a.k.a. "Wemma" and Finn (Cory Monteith) and Rachel (Lea Michele) a.k.a. "Finchel."

Fans of those couples had a rough go of it in Season 2. Rachel cheated on Finn with Puck (Mark Salling), which lead Finn right back into the arms of his ex-girlfriend Quinn (Dianna Agron) and "Wemma" fans were more than shocked when Emma announced she married Dr. Carl (John Freakin' Stamos!). We would've married him too, girl.

So what can we expect to see happen with these pairing in Season 3? "I always feel like with the Finn and Rachel people it's like what more do you want from me?," co-creator and executive producer Brad Falchuk said in the press room at Comic-Con on Sunday. "It's like, did you see that last episode? It was like the Finn and Rachel valentine."

While Falchuk said Finn and Rachel will face obstacles on their road to graduation, he revealed the couple will not be breaking up anytime soon. "That relationship -- we're not interested in breaking them up this year and, at the same time, there's the challenges of you're graduating and they're different kinds of people and where does that take you? I think that's what we'll explore with that."

So what about Will and Emma? "They'll be getting into it this year," Falchuk said. "All the relationships [fans] should feel really comfortable with. We're not really interested in breaking anybody up this year, but those are all relationships we're going to get into. Will and Emma definitely, especially in the first ten."

So there you have it: No one is breaking up, the show will "get into" Will and Emma in the first ten and McKinley High is full of puppies, rainbows and puppies riding rainbows.

What are you looking forward to seeing in Season 3, Zappers? Sound off in the comments.

I sense a little sarcasm in this article. No doubt many posters after mine will go on and on about how we can't trust anything the producers say. So be it. Take this info as you will. I'm just going to sit and watch to see what happens.

I'm pretty sure Klaine is up there with them in terms of popularity. I rarely hear many people clamoring for more Will screentime.

Love this! Thanks, Tierney!

Looking forward to Finchel!!!! Lots and lots of Finchel!

Aww, we LOVED that Finchel Valentine you gave us, Brad! Have no doubt about that!

But, of course, looking forward to more Finchel! Even in the background, those two are FANTASTIC.

Finchel are good for one more year, at least. Thank you grilled cheesus. I only hope the writers will keep them together post-graduation. It'd be foolish to build them up and not let them live up to their potential.

I'm glad Finchel are together this season! This is the season of love!

Wemma AND Finchel? Life made. Kinda hate that Overstreet's gone, though. Any word on WHY?

I love Finn Hudson, I think that character had A LOT of potential in Season One only to be ****** up by the writers to carry the dramatic plots with Kurt and Rachel. Sure, Kurt and Rachel are more flashy characters and Chris and Lea are insanely talented. But Cory is right up there with them in acting talent but the writers aren't giving enough material for Cory to really show his acting chops. I like Rachel, I like Finchel, I only hope they're not broken up and happy. But I'm really more invested in FINN as a character and would love to hear more of HIS hopes and dreams for the future.

Everything is Finchel and nothing hurts! One question: will we see Finn dream big this year? I don't see why he wouldn't, considering how Finn and Rachel are the metaphor and if she goes to NYC, but he ends up a Lima Loser, it won't be much of a metaphor, then will it?
