Charisma Carpenter heads to 'Burn Notice' later in Season 5
Charisma Carpenter will soon be back where she belongs... our televisions.
TVLine reports the actress, who recently turned 40, will appear in episode 11 of the current season of USA's "Burn Notice."
She's been cast as Nicki, a "high-maintenance trophy wife" -- not unlike her turn as Kendall Casablancas on "Veronica Mars" -- who gets exploited by Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) and Fiona (Gabrielle Anwar) when they go after her bioweapons engineer husband.
Carpenter, best known for playing Cordelia Chase on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel" for eight years, most recently appeared in "The Expendables."
There's currently no scheduled air date for Carpenter's episode.
