'Big Brother 13': Live HOH competition updates

In the "Big Brother 13" house, it looked like the plan was for the Veterans to keep Dominic and get rid of Adam. But oh, how things change in the house.

Fight! Fight! Fight!

So following Brendon not using the POV on Adam/Dom, Daniele kind of loses her mind. Brendon is saying they don't trust her anymore - she played too hard to try to get them to backdoor Jeff. But Jeff blames Dominic for the backdoor plan, so Dominic is getting blamed for Dani's plan and he amazingly does not throw her under the bus to Jeff. Jeff keeps saying he wants somebody to "tell him what he wants to hear," which is pretty much exactly the opposite of telling the truth. Shut up, Jeff.

Jeff's "logic" is that Dominic leaves the house now because he knew about Daniele's plan and didn't rat her out to the other Veterans. He then (I swear to God) compares it to if Daniele murdered someone and Dominic knew about it, that makes him an accessory to murder. So he's an accessory to backdooring Jeff. OH. MY. GOD.

Grab a Life Vest!

We now get Rachel hating on "floaters" and then Brendon getting at Kalia as the "all-time floater." Um, what is their deal with hating floaters? Who cares? Everybody has to be in an alliance? But last night Rachel seemed offended at the mere thought of another alliance besides hers. You can't have it both ways, dummies. It's fine to want to target un-aligned people or to target other alliances, but let's not act like their existence is offensive.

But now there is a house meeting called and ALL. HELL. BREAKS. LOOSE. Who in god's name thinks a house meeting is good for morale or strategy? WTF?

So Kalia is taking the heat same as Dominic for not tattling on Daniele to the Veterans. Meanwhile - remember how Brenchel KNEW ABOUT THE FREAKING PLAN TOO?! Let's not forget how that makes them an "accessory to backdooring Jeff" as well.

Daniele calls Rachel an idiot and Brendon then goes total apes*** on her. Man, I wish Evel Dick was still in the house and I can't believe I even think that.

The Vote

Adam kind of half-asses his speech because he knows he's safe. Dominic takes his time to call the newbies "spineless jellyfish" and tells them to fight for themselves, which is 100% true, while he congratulates the Vets on beating such weak competition. Heh.

By a vote of 7 to 1, Dominic is evicted. Daniele was his only vote to stay. In his eviction interview, Dom says he liked Daniele as more than just game. He also says of throwing the Power of Veto that he thought he was in good with the Veterans. His goodbye messages are cute. Questions for Dominic? Head of Household Competition

The Golden Keys are banished and all 10 houseguests are put on skis, which are a lot like the surfboard from whichever season that was. They are on two small skis and have two short poles to hold on to. Last one standing wins. There are five snowballs for the first five houseguests eliminated. You must pick one if you're on one of the first five out. Some are good, some are bad - but one contains $10,000.

The competition starts and the skis start moving back and forth while jaunty alpine leiderhosen music plays. Nice.

10:15 p.m. - The feeds come back and it looks like Adam is the only one who has fallen off so far, though some people's skis have fallen off, they are just on the platform that swings back and forth.

10:17 p.m. - Lawon is down too.

10:18 p.m. - Brendon is already whining about how it's harder with big feet. Geez. Suck it up, dude. This is way easier than some endurance comps.

10:21 p.m. - There is no word yet as to what Adam and Lawon drew from the snowballs.

10:26 p.m. - Brendon falls off and Rachel tells him to find $10,000, so nobody has found it yet.

10:35 p.m. - The feeds were down for a bit and I assume it's for opening of Brendon's snowball. Sounds like no one has the 10K yet, so there's a 50-50 chance for whoever drops next.

10:42 p.m. - Jeff jumps down and the feeds go away so he can open his snowball.

10:44 p.m. - It sounds like Jeff did NOT win the 10K, so next person to drop wins it. Adam has to wear an elf suit, Brendon is a Have-Not. Don't know what Lawon got.

10:46 p.m. - Lawon may have gotten a slop pass?

10:49 p.m. - Jordan falls off, so she gets 10K, we think.

10:50 p.m. - OH MY GOD, this also means no Power Couple people left. Innnnnteresting.

11:02 p.m. - Kalia, Shelly, Daniele and Porsche seem to be hanging tough.

11:07 p.m. - Porsche drops! So it's Dani, Kalia and Shelly. I'm surprised Kalia is still in it, she loos like she's fading fast. She's my prediction for next to drop.

11:17 p.m. - Shelly falls. Wow, that is surprising. She's been talking so much about wanting a letter from her daughter Josie that I figured she'd hang on 'til the bitter end. Only Dani and Kalia remain now.

11:20 p.m. - Rachel starts whining to Brendon about how now that it's either Dani or Kalia, they are totally screwed. Hahahaha.

11:22 p.m. - Seriously, Rachel is pulling major b****face at what has happened. It's like she has the memory of a goldfish. If she were just slightly nice to people and not some power-crazed hooch when she has HOH, she might feel a little safer now.

11:24 p.m. - Dani and Kalia are whispering. If Dani were smart, she'd fall and let Kalia get the blood on her hands for nominating the Vets. Dani's in enough trouble as it is with them.

11:28 p.m. - Kalia drops voluntarily and Dani is the new Head of Household. Man, I don't know if I would've given it to another Veteran. Who knows what the Power Couples may do to Dani to influence the nominations?

11:36 p.m. - Rachel and Brendon are in the Fortune Teller room and she's predictably losing her mind and Brendon has to talk her down from the ledge. The bottom line is - you alienate people and now you're in trouble! J&J are a solid couple too, but they are NICE to people and are not in trouble this week. Try being nice, stupid Rachel.

11:40 p.m. - Jordan is NOT the money winner, she's a Have-Not. So Jeff must have won the 10K.

11:42 p.m. - In the Asylum Room, the Power Couples are saying how next week will be physical, so Jeff or Brendon will win and Daniele is gone. If I were Dani, I'd nominate J&J first and try to backdoor Brenchel.
