'America's Got Talent': Miami All-Stars vs. The Fiddleheads for the last spot

agt.jpg
It's time to eliminate our first acts from the live American public voting on "America's Got Talent." The 12 acts from last night will be whittled down to four, with the Top 3 from the American public's vote going through and the fourth spot being the judges' choice.

The first group brought down for the results are the Fearless Flores Family, Duo Aero and Snap Boogie. I predict Snap Boogie is the one who is safe - and he is. Congrats, Snap. Good for him.

Um, I will not be recapping the shilling for "It's Worth WHAT?", the Orville Lounge or Avril Lavigne. Sorry to disappoint you.

The next acts brought down are Squonk Opera, Sandou Trio Russian bar and J. Chris Newberg. Well, Sandou Trio should advance, though I'm slightly bummed about Newberg. But not really that bummed. And of course Sandou Trio advances.

The ext group is Dezmond Meeks, Echo the bird and Anna Graceman. This is another obvious one, Anna all the way.

So far the three I predicted would advance have - Anna, Sandou Trio and Snap Boogie. But who gets the fourth spot? I'm really rooting for the Fiddleheads because I didn't like "Billie Jean," but I think they have a lot of potential.

There is now a performance from "Priscilla Queen of the Desert," which is very cool. One of the only reasons I wish I lived in NYC is because I would go to Broadway shows all the freaking time.

The last group for results (seriously, it's only been 50 minutes? Seems like 500) is The Fiddleheads, Miami All-Stars and Those Funny Little People. Obviously TFLP are not advancing and Nick Cannon eliminates them right off. But between the other two? I'm really torn. Gosh, I just really want to see more from the Fiddleheads, so they'd get my vote.

But first - ANOTHER COMMERCIAL. Oh my god, it's like midnight.

I don't envy the judges this choice, both of these acts are very talented. I see more potential in Fiddleheads but more talent so far in Miami, so I don't know. Sharon chooses to send Miami All-Stars through and then - so does Piers. So that's that. He's right, Miami did better last night. That's fair.

So, any gripes, "AGT" fans? I'm pretty happy. See you next week!

I know that Piers' schtick, like Simon Cowell's, is to be mean Brit on the panel but he was over the top rude and obnoxious tonight toward J. Chris Newberg and Those Funny Little People. While I never cared much for the latter, you shouldn't celebrate someone else's loss, especially if you're a judge.

I'm a little disappointed that a couple acts I liked didn't go through. I will give the show another week though before I stop watching.

I liked the Fiddleheads, but I pick Anna Graceman all the way, even if they had advanced.

The Fiddleheads said "Billie Jean" was the producers' choice like that boy dancer said the producers suggested the "High School Musical" number and he didn't want to do it. Why don't the producers let the talent do what they know. They can make suggestions but the talent shouldn't listen to them if it goes against what they can do or will do.

why did the judges get to choose between the last two? what happen to America voting?
