Alexa Havins on her 'All My Children' return: 'I didn't think it was going to happen'
With all the nerds, geeks and fanboys fawning over Alexa Havins, the easy-on-the-eyes addition to "Torchwood: Miracle Day," we almost forgot to ask her about one very important thing during her Comic-Con visit...

Now, we admit that current state of the canceled-by-ABC/saved-by-the-Internet soap has us more than a little confused -- especially given this latest twist from Daytime Confidential -- but at least we know there'll be more of Babe Carey Chandler.
"It's more for the fans than anything," says Havins. "Granted I am in love with the actress who plays my mom, Bobbie Eakes, and there's so many lovely people there. But it's more for the fans, to give them that cherry on top... that closing of a chapter."
One might think that chapter would have ended with Babe's tornado-induced death in 2007, but the writers clearly have something cooking.
"I didn't think it was going to happen," she says. "Babe's dead! How do you do it?"
