'True Blood's' Joe Manganiello coming to 'White Collar'
Joe Manganiello is a hunk of a werewolf on "True Blood," but he'll be trading in his claws for an orange jumpsuit on the back-half of "White Collar's" third season, reports EW.Manganiello will play an ex-con who moves in across the street from Peter and Elle Burke (Tim DeKay and Tiffani Thiessen), bringing trouble to their neighborhood. There is no word as to how many episodes Manganiello will be seen in, but he won't appear until the latter half of the season, which will start airing on USA in January 2012.
To tide you over, Manganiello, who we did not see in the "True Blood" premiere, should be appearing back in Bon Temps this summer as werewolf Alcide. "True Blood" airs Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and "White Collar" airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on USA.
We're excited to see a star of one favorite show pop up on another. What about you, Zap2it readers?

Good for him. I don't see the purpose of the werewolves on true blood anyway....they are really lame. every vamp they go up against either maimed them or killed them...they are not threat or even scary.
They better not be grooming him to take Matt Bomer's place. I know there are no rumors of his leaving but you can never trust TV writers these days. Plus Neal's sentence is supposed to be up next year and now with the whole treasure thing. It makes me nervous.
I love the whole cast but without Neal, I don't think I would watch.
I always get nervous when a show adds a new semi-regular. Hopefully this new guy's stay will be extremely short.
