'Mad Men': Matthew Weiner undecided on writing in January Jones' pregnancy

january-jones-may-2011-gi.jpg"Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner hasn't figured out how he'll work January Jones' pregnancy into the new season of the series, but he's not shocked that he'll have to do it.

"She has wanted this very badly," Weiner tells E! Online. "She's got a big heart and she's been talking about having children since I met her, which is not always common with actresses. I think she's going to be amazing. She is going to be someone is going to be so devoted."

As for the question of how Jones' pregnancy might figure into Season 5 of "Mad Men," well, you know how this is going: Weiner's not saying anything, not really.

"I have to do something about it, but I'm not going to tell," he says. "It could be laundry baskets or it could be a body double. There are a million things you can do."

(Although that totally makes us think Weiner isn't planning on Betty Draper Francis being with child this season. Which, given how Betty has been with the kids she does have, might be best for all involved.)

"Mad Men" is scheduled to begin shooting its fifth season in August; Jones' baby is due in the fall, which means Weiner and Co. might also have to work around her absence for maternity leave. The show returns to AMC in early 2012.

Is that shot January Jones or Daryl Hannah in Blade Runner? Wow.

On a more appropos note, I wouldn't mind seeing less of Betty Draper in Season 5. In fact, much less.
