'House's' Lisa Edelstien books 'The Good Wife' recurring gig

Good news, Lisa Edelstein fans! No, you won't be seeing her on the upcoming season of "House" -- but you won't be going into complete withdrawal. Edelstein, who wasn't able to reach a contract agreement with "House" bosses, has set her sights on CBS instead.TVLine reports that Edelstein has booked a "juicy" guest starring role on "The Good Wife" which will span several episodes. Her character is a lawyer -- and a bit of a card shark -- who has significant history with Will (Josh Charles). No word yet on whether that history is personal or professional, but we can't wait to find out.
Now a lawyer after seven seasons as a top-dog doctor... anyone remember when she was Ben Covington's recovering alcoholic baby-mama on "Felicity"?
"House" returns, Cuddy-free, on Monday, Oct. 3. No announcement has been made on "The Good Wife's" return date.

That was her history with Josh Charles established on her two appearances on Sports Night.
I hope they dress her more appropriately for her Good Wife role than they did on House. I never thought her wardrobe matched her executive status.
Hmmm. I wonder how their explain her departure from House. The season ender had nothing.
Last I heard, she was going to be the new bosslady on Castle. What happened? I was looking forward to her on that show. Don't watch The Good Wife.
I love Lisa, but not enough to make me watch the train wreck that is The Good Wife.
