'Glee' adding two new characters for season 3

Heads up, Gleeks -- two new students and, more importantly, "Glee" club members are headed to McKinley High School.According to TV Line, the show is casting for two new female characters. One is described as "Susan Boyle meets Adele" (watch out, Rachel Berry). The second addition -- a beautiful chick who can sing all kinds of music (watch out Quinn Fabray) -- will apparently be named Rebecca.
Interested actresses take note: You must be at least 18 but look as if you could still be in high school.

Why can't they cast two the losers off the Glee Project specifically the two red heads if they are searching?

Yeah, cause what Glee needs is more characters. They already can't come up with entertaining, believeable plots for anyone, and now they're gonna add two people? Bad idea.
I want the role! How the hell do I audition!? I'd KILL in this role! It was, like, made for me!
Of course Glee needs new characters. They should have added four more last season and had them all be a year or two younger than the current Glee characters. The current characters graduate at the end of next season, so new characters are needed in order for the show to continue. Adding more now will make for a smoother transition.
I think most of the characters graduate not this coming season but the next. Also...it was unintentionally funny when Jacob Ben Israel announced that he was 15 when is almost 30 and looks likes he's in his 40s.
There are already too many characters so hopefully some old ones will move on.
Thia Megia could be a great candidate
I thought I was only one who through there are already too many characters. Obviously not. Several characters were not in a lot of episodes last season and some were no more that extra's in some episodes. Jessalyn Gilsing has been a waste of character from the start. Jane Lynch has been turned in a Beyonce song (2 notes, 6 words repeated for 4 min. 18 sec.) I don't think new characters are what needs to be done to the show. As great as it is, it still needs some re-writes.
Let me guess: they will struggle with their sexuality, break out into song and come out of the closet.
I agree with the Thia Megia comment. And a new female character might be the catalyst for Santana's coming out next season.
