'Amazing Race' schedules Season 20 for 2012
Phil Keoghan must be getting a little fatigued. By this time next year, the TV host will have circled the globe 20 times in little more than a decade.
CBS announced June 16 that "The Amazing Race" has been renewed for a Season 20, set to debut in 2012.
Keoghan will return with a new crop of competitors, now that the series recently completed its 18th season, "Unfinished Business," which marked the return of many fan favorites.
The previously-ordered Season 19 of "Race" will premiere fall of this year.

CBS needs SURVIVOR to end by next year but I'm REALLY happy for RACE getting renewed. CBS is starting to see several of its shows getting too old and GIVE UP watching them.
Best news heard in a long time!!! so happy.. luv the show... pls keep on making it.. never gets old.. just make it thursday at 8... i hated the move to sundays at 8. very difficult certain times to watch.
oh btw.. try to bring diversity to the group. and some good looking hot dudes!!! make it a true representation of today's america...
the cast embodied the modern day america in the beginning of the series, but lately it seems the cast is heavily one sided. yes different backgrounds, but not to be racist or sexist.. mainly straight and white folks. Diversity will bring spice to the show and make it a bit more dramatic.. By putting on ppl the pink hair dude is just embarrassing. Poor pink hair girl, she deserves better.
i promise last one... lol.. that being said only 2 complains LUV the show despite. Very lil quality tv left these days after Lost went "lost" :-( oh and CBS enough with the crime shows... grow some (berries) and take risks.
