'The Glee Project': 'Firework' video introduces the cast; who is your early favorite?

"Glee" fans, if you're already worried about those summer withdrawal pains, fear not. "The Glee Project" will be your best substitute for the real thing -- the first episode, airing Sunday, June 12 at 9 p.m. EST on Oxygen, will even feature Darren Criss for those of you who can't get enough warbling.The "Glee"-inspired reality show chronicles the hunt for a new "Glee" cast member. The actor-singer-dancer left standing will get a six-episode arc on the hit FOX show, launching his or her career and, possibly, leading to a longer role on the series.
For your first taste of the new Gleeks, Oxygen has released this music video from all of the contestants as they perform "Firework" by Katy Perry. It doesn't quite compare to the version that Lea Michele's Rachel Berry sang on "Glee," but it isn't half bad.

The two gingers together were awesome. The ginger girl is easily the most talented of the girls, and physically reminds me of Lauren, which is awesome. Lots of talent from the guys, too. I'm looking forward to this.

That was creepy weird. I did like the red haired girl. The sound suffers from too much mixing or auto tunes...the guys were not good at all
Two gingors, young girl and jason castro look alike and girl that made me think of santana looks promising others not so good. like the girls the guys not so much. summer watching to add to my list of 5.
Was just thinking about 4 or 5 could be used if they plan extended after season 3.

THAT was horrible! The black girl was WAY over the top, the obviously ubergay black guy was gross to watch, that overdramatic Punky Brewster wannabe girl was obnoxious, the hispanic girl was trying WAY TOO HARD to be sexy, the fat red haired girl was nasty (don't need two Ashley Finks on the show), and the weird midget guy FREAKED ME THE HELL OUT! I could not see ANY OF THEM on Glee!
I can't stop watching and laughing at this! Where did they find this group of yahoo misfits?!?! I feel like I'm watching Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer at the part where he is on the Islands of Misfit Toys!! And one more thing: Whoever directed this video should be shot!
