'Bones': David Boreanaz tweets news of Season 7 renewal [Updated]
UPDATE 8:15 a.m. May 3: FOX has made the Season 7 pickup official. "[Creator] Hart Hanson and the fantastic cast and crew, as well as the millions of loyal 'Bones' fans, make this show really special, and I'm excited to have it on our air for another stellar season," FOX Entertainment president Kevin Reilly says.

If verified celebrity Twitter accounts are to be believed, "Bones" is coming back for a Season 7.
We never really considered the possibility of a 2011-12 season without the FOX drama. But it's already May and paperwork has thus-far kept us from an official pick-up. Now "Bones" star David Boreanaz, amidst his flurry of hockey tweets, announced May 2 that "Season 7 is GO."
TV Guide ads a bit more weight to the news, reporting that FOX and 20th Century Fox plan on announcing the one-year renewal later in the week.
When speaking with press in April, creator Hart Hanson (who was "very confident" about a pick-up) acknowledged that Emily Deschanel's pregnancy would likely affect production. "Season 7 would probably be a curtailed season in some respects," he says, "We don't know how much yet.
Zap2it reached out to FOX for confirmation, but given the late hour, they did not immediately respond.

I do not understand killing off Vincent Thursday nite (5/12). What is the matter with the writers; you get rid of Zack and now Vincent. This is not how you keep people watching. I hope he had another deal and wanted off and you didn't just kill him off like how you got rid of Zack, a surprise:(
Vincent was terrific , killing him is a damage to the show.
The last Bones episode 'Hole in the Heart' was epic! It had all you'd ever want in it....
A Bones and Booth relationship step which was happy,
Vincent dying which was sad, and it was just an all round awesome episode!! Best episode yet!! :)
They killed Vincent because he is starting another show.
I wish they didn't kill off Vincent, but he is starting another show. The Bones and Booth thing is what I have been waiting for since the start of the show! I mean everything was going to lead up to this eventually. I would have been shocked if the show didn't end up here before they canceled the show. All evidence pointed to this. I couldn't wait for it! Since Booth's brain tumor, a few seasons back, they have been admitting feelings to other characters and to each other on the show. I knew this moment was coming soon! Than, following the day that Vincent died, everything just spilled out from there! I was utterly shocked! Even though I completely was expecting it! I love it! I also am definitely glad that they have decided to bring Bones back for another season, even if this turns out to be the final one, at least they can tie up all the loose ends such as Angela and Hodgins' baby, whether Sweets and Daisy will stay together for good, and of course the relationship between Bones, Booth, and their new baby!---P.S.: PLEASE DON'T DESTROY BONES AND BOOTH'S RELATIONSHIP OR THEIR BABY! THIS WOULD KILL THE SHOW! THANKS!---P.P.S.: PLEASE DON'T KILL OFF ANY OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE THE SHOW ENDS! NO ONE! That is All! Thanks!
