Adele performs 'Rolling In the Deep' on 'Dancing With the Stars'
Adele's hit song "Rolling In the Deep" sure got a lot of primetime television exposure on Tuesday, May 10.Lea Michele and Jonathan Groff covered the song during "Glee's" prom episode, "One Tree Hill" featured the song during their new episode "Flightless Bird, American Mouth," and Adele herself performed the song on the "Dancing With the Stars" results show.
Adele was originally set to sing two songs during the show, but had to pull out of performing Carole King's "Natural Woman" as she was sick and having "some trouble with her higher register in her voice." Delta Goodrem, who performed "I'm Not Ready" with Michael Bolton earlier in the hour, stepped in to pinch-sing.
Luckily, Adele was able to perform her hit song (its primetime television debut!) off her album "21," which is currently No. 1 around the world. Adele's vocals sounded flawless as per usual and the British singer looked great in a simple black dress.
