Real Housewives of Miami reunite: Season 2 is highly, luckily, unlikely

Tuesday night was the live reunion of the "The Real Housewives of Miami" ... and we watched it so that you don't have to subject yourself to it. You're welcome.In short, the experiment failed. The live reunion, which actually occurred on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" was uncomfortable and... well, crazy. The reunions for the other "Real Housewives" franchises tend to be lavish, carefully edited affairs that last for several hours so that we only have to watch the good stuff.
After a brief, six-episode season, it's not much of a surprise that Bravo decided to skimp on the Miami reunion. So here are the basic details:
Lea showed up looking freshly nipped and tucked. Larsa stressed that she's a very happy person who just wants everyone to be happy. Adriana's temper raged as she accused Christy of keeping her husband's last name for the connections associated with it. Unfortunately, without built in breaks to ease the tension, the general viewing experience was incredibly awkward.
We're not holding out for a Season 2, especially since the plug was pulled on Season 1 after just six relatively boring episodes. Also because it would probably suck.

The show would have been better without Cristy Rice and Larsa Pippen. Those two were a pair of arrogant, boring airheads who brought nothing to the show except high school drama. Cristy in particular was a such a bore, I found nothing about her that was special or entertaining.
I would watch again if Marysol, Adriana, Alexia and Lea were on, along with some new castmembers. Hopefully, ladies with brains and looks.
The reunion didn't look as classy as the other reunions. I would'nt say I was a fun of Cristy at all, she is definitely a liar. Even with the footage on TV she still insisted on paying for two for Lea's charity event because there was no third person! Liar. Larsa is full of herself, she is not real at all
FYI CARINA The "PLUG" Was not pulled after 6 episodes. In fact, the show was not even filmed with the intention to run as part of The Real Housewives Installment. Originally it was filmed to be called "THE MIAMI SOCIAL CLUB". The aforementioned show would follow The ladies and the social circles of affluent people in Miami that they are part of.
As far as your " highly, luckily,unlikely" prediction for a second season, I hope your Wrong.... And on a side note! let us not forget that the first Seasons of Real Housewives of NYC and New Jersey and The 3 rd season of Orange county had NOT SO GREAT RATINGS as well, but they are still running. Im sure you also had unsolicited predictions about those installments as well.
All in all I find it HIGHLY, LUCKILY AND UNLIKELY that I will be reading your blog again.
I LOVED THE RHOMIAMI AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 2!!! I COULD DO WITHOUT LARSA AND CRISTY THOUGH....

I agree with @CurlyCue but i would keep Larsa and Cristy on for a second season. After watching this reunion, i hope that they do renew the RHOMIA. There are new formed rivalries, and plenty of unfinished business that would make the second season a lot better and a lot more dramatic. They still haven't decided, but i'm really hoping that they renew it, if only just to give it one last shot.

Marysol mom was a trip loved it. Marysol was a bit shy, but at least level headed although wedding was quick its no ones business. Alexia was right on the money great mom, wife Business woman, To the point classy, Adriana is loca loved her, fuuunnny. You can tell sweet as pie but dont mess with this chiquita banana. (Remember Adriana, your kid and his friends w b watching this.)Larsa, was ok but she can be nicer full of herself sorry hon. True. Soooo full of crap, ok already ur nice, ur real (whatever) urhappy dude relax. we belive you. Cristy looked like a total fool, 1st ur a not nice, 2nd u think ur better than the girls, 3rd ur rude, 4th catty, 5th swear u look good, yes ur pretty , but relax already ur no christy brinkley or giselle.Lea u do say mean things, i dont think u mean it but u do hurt people feelings take it down a notch. Yes andy i see it again. the clothes the sun looove it.
Larsa and Cristy were insufferable. It was clear all of the rest of the girls were pissed at them and with good reason. They are so immature and conceited, and act like they're still in high school. They both enjoy saying catty comments behind people's backs and pretending that they're so innocent. This whole reunion was a train wreck but not the fun kind. I'm not sure it should come back, though I did like Alexia, Marysol and Elsa.
Absolutely the worst housewife show ever!!Not only are they totally uninteresting BUT DO THEY EVER SHUT UP!!
I don't think they had a fair chance - 6 episodes and for another type of show. I vote to give them a Season 2 - I think we will all be surprized at the results.
