'Gossip Girl' casts Ethan Peck in potentially recurring role
Don't you just love some great news going into the final five episodes of "Gossip Girl's" fourth season?"10 Things I Hate About You" (the TV show, not the movie) star Ethan Peck is set make an appearance on the CW show later this season. Want even more good news? There's a strong possibility he could return for an arc during the show's fifth season.
So who will the actor-with-one-of-our-favorite-voices-on-television-ever be playing? TV Line reports that Peck will play a director's assistant and Zap2it has confirmed that fans will first see him in the Season 4 finale. There you go.
Oh, sorry. Did you need more information? "GG" production recently moved out to California -- for the first time ever -- where Peck was spotted filming with Blake Lively whose character Serena will be cast in a movie. Also appearing in the episode? Oscar-nominated director David O. Russell.
Could Peck's character possibly be a new love interest for everyone's favorite Upper East Side blond? What do you think, Zappers? Are you as stoked about Peck's casting as we are?

Peck was good on 10 Things and if he becomes a recurring or regular on GG, CW will have 2 grandsons from 2 of the most famous actors back in the day. Steven R. McQueen (Vampire Diaries) who is the grandson of Steve McQueen and Peck is the grandson of the late and great Gregory peck.
As for the trip to California, it’s about time. Maybe they will finally do the long-awaited Gossip Girl/90210 cross-over! I’m not sure about GG, but 90210 cast members have said it would be cool to do a cross-over with them. Plus, they are on back-to-back so you never know. It could also be good for the ratings, on both shows.
I love both shows but NO cross over please! Totally different shows and characters at different levels. Don't mix at all!

EXACTLY! I came here to see if Duff was going to come back and raise some hell with Dan now that he's got something going on with Blair. Is Hillary Duff coming back to Gossip Girl? Zap2it, if you have the story, tell it... if you don't, change the bloody headline.
When I heard he was going to guest star, I got so excited! Ethan Peck is so incredibly sexy- perfect for gossip girl, though I definitely liked him a lot as Patrick Verona. Also, just wanted to point out that this article says nothing about hilary duff.... and neither does the headline....
I stopped watching GG a couple of seasons ago, but if this is true, I may just start watching it again. Love Ethan Peck.
oh, i loved seeing ethan peck again...but i don't want him to play some guy that is another fling of serena's...i don't even know what she was saying...she mumbles...a lot. and I WANT HIM WITH LINDSEY SHAW BACK IN 10 THINGS...THAT WAS ONE SHOW THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED, GODDAMMIT!

as i said i love LA and i just recently became a Fan of Ethan Peck. In my opinion I think he will be a little bit more upper class and conceited than in 10 things. But it should be a good mix up. And no crossovers, completely different worlds.
