'Glee': Rebecca Black's 'Friday' is about to get Artie'd
In just one month, Rebecca Black's awful and inescapable tune "Friday" has seen more cultural references and parodies and than most national jokes get throughout their entire lifespan -- so it was probably inevitable that it would end up on "Glee" before season's end.
Following days of rumors and speculation about the song's possible inclusion in the Season 2 prom episode, Vulture reports that "Friday" is a go and the leads are already set.
And the winner is... an unlikely trio of Artie (Kevin McHale), Sam (Chord Overstreet) and Puck (Mark Salling). You just know McHale jumped on the opportunity to turn those robotic lyrics into a Caucasian rap.
We so excited.

Sam does a lot of crappy songs (like stuff from Justin Bieber), so no surprise. The song is bad, but at least it sounds better when others do it (like the a capella group Midnight Ramblers from the University of Rochester), so maybe it won't be too bad.
and I'm done with this show again.
I guess the writers really have given up on the story aspect of the show.
