'Dancing With the Stars': Kirstie Alley, Maksim Chmerkovskiy recover from a fall

Google"Dancing With the Stars" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy suffered an injury a few seconds into his performance with Kirstie Alley Monday night (April 4) -- but it didn't end up costing them much on the scoreboard.
Chmerkovskiy was in a crouch with his right leg extended when he fell to the floor, bringing Alley down on top of him. They got up and continued, though, and though he grimaced several times, they finished their rumba routine without a hitch, earning praise from the judges for the post-stumble quality of the dance.
They ended up with a score of 21, which almost certainly would have been higher had the fall not happened.
"My thigh just gave out," Maks said afterward. "... It happens, muscle strains and all that. It had nothing to do with [Alley]. I just want to apologize."
The fall occurs about 22 seconds into the video above. What did you think of how Kirstie and Maks recovered, and did they deserve their score?

The score is for the celebrity, not the professional. Maks made the error not Kirstie. The judges are judging HER, not him. It WAS fair.
Dang! I loved that dance but the Pro ruined it. Kristy better not go home that's all I have to say. The **** will hit the fan if she does.
That dance deserved no more than 6's straight across. Ralph Macchio was MUCH better and there is no way Kirstie should have been scored the same as him. The scoring was not right for her. Her dance was not great. I hope Maks is ok, though.
Ii thought the dance was beautiful..and they way she handled it and not let it rattle her was just awesome..very classy!!
Definitely deserved,a fall due to professional partner's cramp was unfortunate. They recouped, and went on to perform a beautiful dance although Maks was in pain! I loved the performance, and voted for them, as well as others that I felt performed well!
I don't know why Max is taking the blame; it was Kirstie's fault she came down to hard and bumped him while in a kneeling postion. However I think they did a good job of dancing.

I'm glad Maks was not hurt. She could have hurt herself too. But Ralph Macchino did alot better!!!
Kirstie ROCKS! I don't know if I could have picked myself up and continued like they did! They deserved far more than the marks they got! I have always been a Kirstie fan since she was on Cheers! Way to go Kirstie! Way to go Kirstie! I hope you win!!!!
