Aimee Teegarden says Adrianne Palicki is 'a great fit' for Wonder Woman role
Adrianne Palicki is already making a splash as the new Wonder Woman, and possibly the only good thing to come out of the pilot so far. "Friday Night Lights" alum Aimee Teegarden is, of course, joining in the chorus of support for her former co-star's new project.
"I think Palicki is probably one of the best people in Hollywood for that," she tells Zap2it. "She's such a comic-booker. She has a Supergirl tattoo, she's always talking about comic books with Scott Porter, who loves action hero kind of stuff. I think it's a great fit."
Though Teegarden hasn't seen the pictures of Palicki in costume yet, she didn't doubt us at all when we said the girl looked good.
"She would look good in anything, she's like a life-size Barbie doll," Teegarden gushes. "She's so gorgeous."
While Teegarden is certainly excited for Palicki, she has some upcoming projects of her own to be happy about. "Scream 4" hits theaters April 15th, and will be shortly followed by her starring role in the upcoming Disney film, "Prom," out April 29th.
You can see both Palicki and Teegarden when "FNL" airs on NBC April 15th at 8 PM.

"She would look good in anything...". Obviously, she hasn't seen the hideous Wonder Wonder Halloween costume they've got her wearing, which comes complete with plastic braclets, OMG-ugly blue jeansy type pants, and a lasso from the toy store that is recommended for ages 3 and under.
Obviously as a friend and previous co star who NEVER saw Adrianne in this Bozo the clown Wonder Woman parody of a so called costume would think she's perfect for it. The show sounds HORRIBLE and her look isn't even good enough for the dogs. NBC & David E. Kelley can go down in flames for destroying Wonder Woman. Adrianne doesn't have to look as good as Lynda Carter, nor could she ever but she should at least look like Wonder Woman and not Wonder Joke. Cruel joke played on the fans. Hope it sinks!
