Tyler returns to 'The Vampire Diaries': What does this full moon bring?

Secret's out! Fans of "The Vampire Diaries" have been missing Tyler (Michael Trevino) since he drove off into the sunset in a February episode, but Tyler will be back in town just in time for the next Mystic Falls full moon.
Trevino spilled the beans on Tyler's return at the C2E2 event in Chicago over the weekend. "The night shoots are bad," he told reporters on the scene. "I got picked up at 8 a.m. this morning in Atlanta, and I wrapped at 4 a.m. last night."
Oops. With a schedule like that, we can't blame him for the accidental reveal.
He was working late filming a late-night full moon scene, and though Tyler's return won't come as much of a surprise now, plenty of questions still remain.
Since the full moon is confirmed, we can't help but wonder if we'll see yet another big transformation scene. The morph is supposed to get quicker and less painful every time it happens, but we have a feeling Tyler still isn't yet used to the agony. After Trevino shared with us that the transformation was the "hardest, most challenging" acting experience of his TV career, we're guessing he wouldn't be too psyched for a repeat performance every month.
We're also curious as to what impact Tyler's time away has had on him. In Mystic Falls time, he'll have been gone less than a month, but we can't imagine that quality time with the near-feral Jules can be a positive influence on a kid.
Still, we're glad to see him back in the mix, and we can't wait to see his first scenes with Caroline (Candice Accola). Plus, now that his former BFF Matt (Zach Roerig) knows about the vampires -- finally -- will Tyler fill him in on the whole werewolf thing, too?
We're rapidly approaching the big finale, which we can only assume will revolve around Klaus's planned sacrifice. This involved Tyler in more ways than one. First of all, he's hoping that the vampires won't win the race to break the spell, because being bound to the moon for his entire life isn't exactly an appealing fate. Additionally, the sacrifice recipe itself requires one dead werewolf... and as a newbie wolf with emotional ties to Mystic Falls, Tyler is a prime candidate.

I'm glad Tyler's back. But they are probably going to kill him off. Werewolves don't do to well on this show.
Plus Tyler is hotter and more interesting than Damon and Stefan combined.
It is not a good thing when viewers are more interested in a new supporting character than the two male leads...egos get involved and someone gets killed off.
I'm gald that elena is stepping up on her game and becoming beaver.And that caroline has grown up everysince tyler had turn his back on her....And the fact damon has trust the poeple around him but will he ever recover from the whole rose thing or will he be back has the old damon, what will happen and is he finally going open up of how he really feelings about elena or will it ruine of what he has now with her.
I think elena had step up on her game but not show it. And i believe that damon will not go back to his old way at all. I think everyone loves this damon how he is.
And i Agree that caroline has grown up alot and everyone loves her.and that shes a great singer aswell.
And i dont think damon will open up to elena because he did before and it didnt work out has he wanted it to, so hes keeping low for awhile .....but well see whats going to happen.

Maybee the show will shock me and let the werewolves rip some vamps to shreds for a change? Or they`ll stick to their usual, and the werewolves will probably get their necks snapped and hearts ripped out, probably by girl scouts selling cookies?! Go wolves!
I hope they keep Michael on for awhile. Would be awesome to see Jules get it good from Damon. I mean, I want Damon to get his vengeance on that piece of work. I don't believe she wants anything good for Tyler. I would like to see the werewolves and vampires live in peace keeping their town safe. Since they were human in their hometown before they were supernatural.
I bet money it won't be Tyler. The way I see it, Tyler will team up with Stefan and Damon in order to stop Klaus and ultimately sacrifice Jules, who obviously has alterior motives.
I haven't read the books and I know the show is only losely based on them at best, but Caroline and Tyler are together in them
