bachelor-finale-ratings.jpgFast National ratings for Monday, March 14, 2011

The finale of "The Bachelor" gave ABC an across-the-board ratings win, and along with the usual daylight-savings slump, stole some viewers from FOX and NBC.

A full night of rose-related programming averaged 13.8 million viewers and an 8.7 rating/14 share in households, leading second-place FOX (8.8 million, 5.3/8) by 5 million viewers. A night of reruns (except for "Mad Love") on CBS drew 7.6 million viewers and a 4.8/6. NBC (6.4 million, 4.1/6) came in fourth, while The CW (617,000, 0.4/1) was way off the pace.

ABC also easily won the adults 18-49 demographic with a 4.5 rating. FOX came in second with a 2.7, beating CBS' 2.1. NBC averaged 1.5 in the demo and The CW a meager 0.3.

Well, my 2 Monday night shows did pretty well against "The Bachelor" - both "The Chicago Code" and "Harry's Law" put up decent numbers. I am cautiously hopeful that they'll both stay around on FOX and NBC...

american love there fake reality shows

Well, whether or not Chicago Code gets renewed, it is currently running a bit lower than Lie to Me in 18-49 so that bodes extra well for Lie To Me. Lie to Me has been solid and nothing other than 24 has really done a lot better at 9 pm.

Sad how Spoilester spoilered the Batchelor yesterday. Wha a louse! And sad how date divet miss thang preta the divet Preta tries to get creative wit her writing "daylight-savings slump." Haha lol porr sad thins! Of curse, it was anutter butterfried leaking tower de yada yada nite on yada yada ABC. Noww off to Yoda.

Hooray for Hollywood and David Kelley for continually notching-up the arcs in “Harry’s Law” primarily for the benefit of the inadequately indoctrinated masses. To date, we’ve been repeatedly lectured re the terrible burdens borne by stereotypical poor and downtrodden, or otherwise ill-served, persons of color. Now Kelley is suddenly treating us to an exciting bi-racial romance between Jenna and Malcolm. I’m predicting that the next notch-up will be the revelation that Tommy is actually gay and he’ll attempt to “turn” Adam, with touching and unexpected results--I can hardly wait!

Ha! Donna, Spoilester is no match for ur wit! She can only spew her usal tiresome dribble. Haha lol purr thang!

Donna/*EOW...go grow some, will you? It must drives the alter egos of your nuts when you don't ever want to admit the truth...oh wait, that's another of your alter-egos, you pieces of garbage!

GET OFF THOSE DRUGS!!! GET HELP!!!

I smoke menthol cigarettes. Talk to ya all lata, gonna go shoot my talkshow and tomorrow I'll be on Stern! Lata!

Talk about your power surges...The Bachelor was up greater than I even imagined it would be from last week. So, it is possible to get 14 million viewers and a 5 demo at 10pm with the right show.
Week #2- A Two and A Half Men repeat is down to single digits. Mike and Molly follow suit. Sheen still "Winning."

So glad to see that House's ratings are still high, but still can't watch because thinking of the loss of all the innocent babies when reminded of the ad supporting Planned Parenthood ruins it for me.
