'Celebrity Apprentice': Hope Dworaczyk's strategy? Stay out of NeNe and Star's way
As of yet, we haven't seen very much of model Hope Dworaczyk on "The Celebrity Apprentice." And that's exactly the strategy she adopted once she saw what she was up against.
"I didn't go in with a strategy," Hope tells Zap2it. "I stayed pretty quiet. When you have Star Jones and NeNe Leakes fighting and you have any smarts about you, you know to stay out of it. But, it kind of worked out for me. I flew under the radar, staying much longer than some of the people who were fighting."
Hope, a former Miss Teen Texas and 2010's Playboy Playmate of the Year, is competing for Best Buddies, a nonprofit organization that works with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
While she's best known for her Playboy photos, Hope has been modeling since she was 13. She has worked for many well-known designers, including Balenciaga, Versace, and Robert Rodriguez. She also hosts Canada's "Inside Fashion," a weekly fashion and lifestyle show.
We spoke to the 26-year-old recently and she gave us some insight on the NBC show and an inside look at the conflicts in the women's team.
We've heard a lot about the feud between Star and NeNe. What was it like for you?
It was some of the scariest moments of my life. I'm kind of in the middle of some of it, but I don't get involved. I think when you're a reality star like NeNe Leakes you play that up, because that's how you get another reality show. So, I was obviously playing and doing the tasks, but I wasn't there to get a spinoff. I watched crazy, crazy things go down. You kind of wonder how much can they show on television.
The two have been pointing the finger at each other. Which one would you say is most at fault?
Honestly, even though I was there and saw it all go down, I couldn't put it one of them. I would love to say, 'this person is wrong.' I think Star did a good job of not yelling or going completely ballistic. She might have been bossy at times. But when it came down to having a major breakdown, I think she knows she works in television. So, she couldn't break down on national television. So, when it came to that, she was a little more reserved. There was nobody that was right or wrong.
Who did you get along with?
Star Jones and I got along well. She just took me under her wing. I don't know if she was thinking she should keep me around to vote me off later or something, but we got along well. I also got along well with NeNe Leakes, too. The ladies were all very sweet, except for Dionne Warwick. Dionne Warwick just didn't like me.
What was Dionne's problem with you?
It was from the very first episode, telling me to warm her up a slice of pizza. She just got really offended if I came up with an idea or if I wasn't looking at her when I was talking to the group. She just didn't like me. I think she was probably really tired, being older and working that much.
How did that affect the way you played the game against her?
There were times when I could have come to her rescue. But since she was so mean to me, I let everyone say what they wanted.

Yeah, she'd have to be. I'm surprised she hasn't forgotten how to fill her lungs with oxygen. They always stick some naked chick on this show, but they usually can form full sentences. Not this time!
The good thing for Hope is that Dionne isn't her boss in real life. I hope she took a nice long vacation after working with these women. I'd rather wrestle an aligator than spend that much time with those pirana's.

I have watched this show no more than twice and both times could not watch until the end. OMG, how badly do these people need the work? Go into Trump"s boardroom, tell him to fix his ******* hair and stop being such a born to rule *******!! I would rather sweep streets than humiliate myself on this show as the real world in business does not operate like this...Trump, your a joke and don't ever ever ever dream at night that you will become President. The United States people are not that stupid and if you were being honest, this Trump presidential exploratory theory is bullshit, you just want the publicity! Travel to other parts of the world, be humble, listen to what the rest of the world really think of you.
