April Fool's Day pranks: Ideas from 'The Office's' expert trickster, Jim Halpert
April Fool's Day is fast approaching, and we're all looking for the perfect way to trick that special someone. This year, be the prankster, not the prankee - with some help from "The Office's" Jim Halpert (John Krasinski). For seven seasons, Jim has been playing brilliant mind games with Dwight (Rainn Wilson) -- who, admittedly, is a pretty easy target. Jim's pranks are our favorite part of "The Office." He's had us since Jell-O.
Here are five of our favorite Jim Halpert pranks in case you're in need of a little April Fool's Day inspiration. (This is also where we put the disclaimer: if any of your pranking goes awry, don't blame us for putting the idea in your head. Plenty of Jim pranks have backfired on Jim himself. Tread lightly, and think about who you're pranking... if they're likely to fire you, dump you, or punch you in the face, go easy.)
The Jell-O Stapler: Sometimes, the classic gag is the best. In the pilot episode, Jim put Dwight's stapler in Jell-O -- it was our first taste of a good Jim Halpert prank, and it charmed us almost as much as it charmed his favorite receptionist.
The Perfect Imitation: Admittedly, this one requires a special kind of target. If your intended prankee has some... well, quirks, we suggest you exploit those quirks mercilessly. When Jim found a cheap pair of glasses that resembled Dwight's, he decided to collect the whole ensemble and attend work in his best Dwight impression. "Bears. Beets. Battlestar Gallactica."
Playing Vampire: Got a "Twilight" fan in your life? Then this one will require some extra body glitter. When Joss Whedon stopped by to direct an episode, a bat got loose in the office -- don't ask -- Jim suddenly showed all the right symptoms. If you play it subtle, you may freak out your favorite believer.
The Wrapping Paper Prank: The most frequent office prank involves wrapping a desk in wrapping paper, toilet paper, or covering it in post-its, so at the beginning of this episode "Morroccan Christmas," we weren't too impressed with Jim's originality. Turns out he's able to put his own twist on just about anything - he'd wrapped a flimsy cardboard model, not the real deal. If you pull this one off, definitely let us know.

My favorite was when Jim taped a wire on Dwight's desk and then extended it throughout the office and into the parking lot
EWWW
They said top 5 favorite pranks. There are only 4 and one of those is offline. Now, that is a LAME April Fools joke.
I can't believe there wasn't even a mention of when Jim put all of Dwight's belongings into the snack machine.
My favourite [never shown] was when Jim kept adding nickels inside Dwight's phone receiver every day & then finally took them all out at once.
Maybe not a "prank" per se, but I LOVED it when Oscar put Kevin's voice to Cookie Monster videos!
i know its resent but the best prank of all time IMO is Dwight and the magic beans from the last episode. 2nd would be the snowball fight
These are good but Dwight did get Jim back with the snow men and the snow balls lol

How about adding an extra key to his key chain every to
E Dwight left his desk unfortunately the prank got ruined before it got really good
