'American Idol' Top 11 rewind: Carrie Underwood, David Archuleta, Adam Lambert and more
The "American Idol" Season 10 Top 11 take the stage Wednesday night (March 23). The theme is Motown, which should prove interesting for country singers Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina. But before this year's Top 11 get their Motown groove on, let's take a look back at some past Top 11 stand-outs. We've picked out the cream of the crop here, but let us know in the comments if you disagree with any of our choices (or if there's somebody we left out).
Also - which one was the best? Clay's "Somewhere Out There," Carrie's "Alone," Fantasia's "Always On My Mind," McPheever's "Come Rain or Come Shine," Daughtry's "I Walk the Line," Jordin's "I (Who Have Nothing," Archie's "Long and Winding Road," Cook's "Day Tripper," Glambert's "Ring of Fire," Lee's "The Letter" or Crystal's "Me and Bobby McGee." Vote below - honestly, we think it's pretty hard to choose.
Clay Aiken, Movie Songs, "Somewhere Out There," Season 2
Fantasia Barrino, Country, "Always On My Mind," Season 3
Carrie Underwood, Billboard No. 1s, "Alone," Season 4
Katharine McPhee, 1950s, "Come Rain or Come Shine," Season 5
Chris Daughtry, 1950s, "I Walk the Line," Season 5
Jordin Sparks, British Invasion, "I (Who Have Nothing)," Season 6
David Archuleta, Beatles, "The Long and Winding Road," Season 7
David Cook, Beatles, "Day Tripper," Season 7
Adam Lambert, "Grand Ole Opry," "Ring of Fire," Season 8
Lee DeWyze, Billboard No. 1s," "The Letter," Season 9
Crystal Bowersox, Billboard No. 1s, "Me and Bobby McGee," Season 9

I love that Adams Mad World was not listed.
Kris Allen's Heartless.
I LOVE Adam's ROF. But didn't he sing Tracks Of My Tears during Motown week? That was good too. I think Smoky Robinson gave him a standing ovation.
Kris Allen's Heartless is played on the radio.
It is the one Idol performance song that is still played on the radio today.
Ring of Fire is where I fell in love with Adam Lambert. My second choice on the songs up there would be Jordin's. I also loved D. Cook's Music Of The Night.
Do ZapToIt readers not avtually know what 'Top 11 rewind' means? Heartless, TOMT and Mad World sis not happen top 11 week.
Also funny how the 'which was the best' question lists everything on the poll except the actual best, Ring Of Fire, the boldest, most original and creative thing to ever happen on an American Idol show.
Leading much?
Forever love Carrie's rendition of "Alone" that was when Simon gave the right prediction about her.
Me too... as much as Mad World was memorable, but Ring of Fire was the most mindblowing.
The theme of the poll is Top 11 week performances.
Mad World, Tracks of my Tears, Heartless and Music of the Night were not from Top 11 week.
Lotta great performances. I loved David Archuleta's Long and Winding Road.
