TV ratings: 'The Bachelor' gives ABC a Monday win, 'Harry's Law' steady

The big four networks were pretty tightly bunched on Monday -- but none of them pulled in very impressive ratings. Thanks to "The Bachelor," ABC managed to end the night on top. Elsewhere, "Harry's Law" remained consistent for NBC, but "The Cape" continued to struggle.

ABC led the evening with 8.4 million viewers and a 5.6 rating/9 share in households. A night of reruns on CBS (8.15 million, 5.1/8) was not far behind in second. FOX (7.4 million, 4.4/7) narrowly beat NBC (7.2 million, 4.4/7) for third place. The CW was well back with 1.6 million viewers and a 1.1/2.

Things played out pretty much the same in the adults 18-49 demographic: ABC got the win, albeit with a less-than-stellar 2.7 rating, while CBS took second with a 2.4. FOX, 2.2, came in third, followed by NBC at 1.8. The CW drew a 0.8.

who the hell is watchin Mike & Molly?!! put down the bucket of cheetos and pick up the remote fatties!!

WOW Gossip Girl's ratings have really gone down hill for being the CW's "golden show". One Tree Hill has been beating them out in ratings (and demos recently) with barely any attention, promos, etc.

YEAHHH! Way to go Human Target! And Lie To Me as well! Now that's what I'm talking about! I couldn't understand how HT was pulling 7mil+ last year, but is so down this year..I hope the trend continues! And good for The Cape too--I know 5mil isn't a lot, but for Nothin' But Crap, 5 mil is sweet--if they can keep Parenthood with 6 mil, they can keep the Cape with 5mil...but what do I know?--I'm still pissed at NBC for cancelling Life! Now there was a great show!..but I digress..:(

I really love Harry's Law...it was great last night!! David E. Kelly is back on the air with another great show!!!

love love love Lie to ME and Harrys Law and Human Target..HT in particular goes by SO fast! always leaves me wanting more! on the other hand, The Batchelor is the most embarrassing show on!! he's not cute! he looks like a ferret..w/facial hair! and those beautiful women flirting and performing for him make me sick!!! who are you girls to be so young, so gorgeous, and yet so desperate? if I was your mother Id die of humiliation!

Kathy Bates helmed "harry's law" continues to score bigtime as NBC's only top 20 show.

You Go Girl!!!

Great to see Human Target doing awesome it is my weekly escape action show. But, damn I missed it. I am sick of FOX moving around the show date without advertising it. Are they intentionally trying to kill the show like every other show they have. First it is on Wednesday, then Friday, no Monday. And sometimes they are double episodes sometimes not. WTF. They need to keep things consistent.

Chuck is sinking like quicksand and The Cape isn't doing too well either, but good numbers for FOX though.

human target is boring

The Bachelor ratings are getting bigger and bigger with each passing week. Too bad ABC didn't air a new Castle. They would have had a blowout demo win this week. Still, those repeat numbers are nothing to shrugg your shoulders at as Castle can clearly hang with H5-0.
