'The Biggest Loser' preview: A bittersweet Valentine's Day

Despite the table packed with chocolate, Valentine's Day isn't so sweet on the ranch in Tuesday's (Feb. 8) episode of "The Biggest Loser" at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

The teams are divided into red vs. black teams and host Alison Sweeney presents the players with a room full of chocolate, but of course there's a catch -- whoever eats the most chocolate will have the option to trade two players on their team for two players on the other (or keep the teams the same). To sweeten the deal, the winner will be a secret. Sneaky!

Later, the teams will compete in a five-part relay race challenge. Plus, another series record will be broken during this week's weigh-in.
