'Terra Nova' first promo: Hey, this looks familiar

Nearly a year after it was originally announced, FOX's "Terra Nova" finally has a cast -- Jason O'Mara, Shelley Conn, Landon Liboiron, Allison Miller, Alana Mansour, Stephen Lang, Mido Hamada, Christina Adams -- a promo and a premiere date (May 23 and 24).

FOX aired the first promo for the show about a family who travels back to prehistoric Earth in an effort to save the human race during Sunday's (Feb. 6) Super Bowl. It looks like a cross between "Avatar" (thanks to Stephen Lang), "Jurassic Park," "Primeval" and "Land of the Lost" with a little "Life On Mars" thrown in for good measure (thanks to Jason O'Mara).

Seeing as we're fans of at least three of those things, consider our interest piqued.
