'Shameless': Steve's friendly kiss?

Almost all the guys are up to something on Sunday's (Feb. 27) episode of "Shameless," but there's one guy that most worries us.

Before we get to him... After spending two days in an alcohol-induced coma, Frank (William H. Macy) takes his doctors up on a challenge to refrain from drinking for two weeks. That lasts a couple days until the kids realize sober dad is a bit too much. And when he begins some home renovations, they decide it's time to end his sobriety whether he wants to or not.

Meanwhile, Ian (Cameron Monaghan) is still carrying on with Mandy's brother. Lip (Jeremy Allen White) is starting to think of other life options, such as going to college early. The neighbors have taken in a foster daughter, but disagree on the length of her stay. And Fiona (Emmy Rossum) tries to find a better-paying job, but it's clear she's growing increasingly unhappy with what she's able to find.

Then, there's the issue of Steve (Justin Chatwin). Debbie (Emma Kenney) discovered that he's getting texts from some girl and tells Fiona. After she confronts him with it, he tells her that it's someone he works with. But, then he starts flaking on Fiona. The next time we see him, he's at his parents' home and a blond walks up and kisses him while his brother tells him how jealous he is that Steve's hitting that. What's going on here?

There's a part of us that doesn't believe that Steve would cheat on Fiona. He's crazy about her. So, here's our theory: The girl is a decoy for his family, because he doesn't want them to meet Fiona. We know. That doesn't sound that much better either, but it's better than cheating...
