'Private Practice's' Paul Adelstein to direct an upcoming episode
"Private Practice's" 18th episode of the season is not going to be one fans want to miss.
Paul Adelstein, who plays Cooper on the ABC show, will be directing the episode which is set to air March 31, TV Guide reports.
The Adelstein-directed episode will air the same day as the much-hyped-about "Grey's Anatomy" musical episode and will feature upcoming guest star Alex Kingston ("ER"). Kingston has signed on for a multiple-episode arc to help someone though "a personal ordeal."
Adelstein is the third actor in the Shonda Rhimes television universe to direct an episode of their own show. Kevin McKidd just directed his first episode of "Grey's," while his co-star Chandra Wilson has directed three.
