India Hicks, a Princess Diana bridesmaid, books TLC royal wedding special

Why let Lifetime have all the Royal wedding fun? In addition to LMN's "William & Kate," which will detail the romance of Prince William and Kate Middleton, TLC has just announced they will have a royal wedding special as well, reports EW.

Model, designer and author India Hicks, who was a bridesmaid for Princess Diana in the 1981 wedding to Prince Charles, is taping a special where she dishes all about the big day. It is tentatively titled "Secrets of a Royal Bridesmaid." Hicks will divulge details like the last-minute mishaps, the photos and the menu, plus traditions and responsibilities the bride and groom must follow.

Hicks will also weigh on the upcoming wedding of Prince William, who is her cousin. This TLC special is set to air April 24 at 9 p.m. ET, with the actual royal wedding taking place April 29 at Westminster Abbey, London.
