TV ratings: 'NCIS' and CBS score big again on Tuesday
Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011"NCIS" was down a bit from last week's performance on Tuesday night -- but considering the show set a series record for viewers last week, that's not much of a sin. It was still the most-watched show of the night by a wide margin and led CBS to an across-the-board ratings win for the night.
CBS averaged 16.5 million viewers and a 10.2 rating/16 share in households in primetime. That was more than double the number of viewers for second-place NBC (7.3 million, 4.5/7). ABC (5.85 million, 3.8/6) came in third, about a million viewers ahead of FOX (4.8 million, 2.9/5). The CW delivered 1.75 million viewers and a 1.0/2 with the finale of "Life Unexpected."
The adults 18-49 race was closer, but CBS still finished on top with a 3.2 rating. NBC took second with a 2.6. ABC and FOX tied for third at 1.7, and The CW trailed with a 0.8.

Million Dollar Money Drop should be a goner until the season's over.
NOF and V aired stellar eps last night. NOF payed homage to 80's iconic movies like Breakfast Club and Die Hard. V was tension filled and riveting.

With the Great JLO on Idiol and Kara gone, thsi show will be number one again. Sad how a talent like paula was replace wth annoying Ellen and Kara. Good for JLO for helping out a national tresure like Idiol find its feet.
NCIS is always good--loved Bob Newhart last night. The alzheimers bit was done nicely.
Producers---do not change the format of NCIS--CSI Crime Scene Investigation and NCIS --please keep the integrity of the original premise of the show intact.
