'Top Chef: All-Stars' peek: Tom Colicchio sweats in the kitchen

"Top Chef: All Stars" is shaping up to be a pretty tough season so far.

The returning chef'testants aren't prepared for their next Quickfire Challenge on Wednesday's episode (Jan. 5 at 10 p.m. ET) though ... or the special guest chef.

Yup, that's Mr. Tom Colicchio himself, ready to dazzle the yet-to-be champs with his bald pate (not pate) and culinary speed. We love how nervous they all look.

But the real question is: Will Angelo plate on a spoon?
