"American Idol" welcomed two new judges this year -- Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez. So we're bringing you their best bon mots from their first time out. What did you think of J.Lo as a judge?We think Jennifer really found her stride. She started off a little Paula-ish. Afraid to be mean, not wanting to crush someone's hopes and dreams. But she figured out quickly enough that the producers find the most horrible, crazy people they can to send into the judges for the "funny" auditions and she straightened right up. We think she has potential.

I am only an hour into this new 10th season, and I have never heard worse singers given golden tickets.

I am both ashamed I am watching and ashamed for every participant in this crock of sh** !!!
Even the back stories for the "singers" are even more convoluted and desperate then ever.

I was pleasantly surprised at the chemistry between the three judges. JLo is adorable and Steven Tyler is, well, Steven Tyler. Gotta love him. Randy cements the bond and I enjoyed the first show. I think that disrespecting JLo and Steven is just childish and immature. Making a call on the talent after only one city is pretty trifling. I look forward to the show.
