'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills': A truce in flapper's clothing?
This week, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" were full of dread. And we don't blame them. After last episode's hootenanny at Camille Grammer's dinner party, we're sure everyone believed that things could only get worse.
The first test came with a charity event at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant, Villa Blanca, benefiting a young burn victim. Lisa invited all the housewives and everyone went except for Kim Richards and Camille, who both opted to avoid any leftover drama from the dinner party by not going. Since this was for charity, we think they both should have gone. But, what we really found despicable was that Camille texted Kyle Richards during the dinner to tell her that she and Kelsey wouldn't be using her husband Mauricio as their real estate broker anymore.
That was pretty bad. Wasn't Camille trying to avoid drama? If she were, then she would have never texted Kyle during the event. We also think Camille meant to create drama with maximum effect, thinking all the housewives would be sitting at the same table as Kyle when the text arrived. If you'll remember, Lisa didn't even know that Kyle wouldn't be sitting at her table. Even in her absence, Camille tried to make the charity event about her. Isn't that horrific?

The second test came with Taylor Armstrong's costume party. Taylor, fearing that Camille wouldn't come, called her. We were then forced to watch Taylor basically beg her to come. Queen Camille said she would try. Don't do us any favors, Camille.
At the 20s-style costume party, Kyle was again on her best behavior. She even approached Camille at the party first. Meanwhile, Camille says in her interview that she always takes the high road. Really? Then, why didn't you approach Kyle first? She must have had a hard time finding the high road again.
In the end, the gals made a truce and Camille even said that they would have a clean slate from that night on. Lisa says she has heard that one before and so have we.

Could we stop with the articles on these idiotic "Real Housewives" shows? THIS IS NOT TELEVISION. It's entertainment for those with an IQ under 80.
Those of us with brains would prefer articles on actual TV. You know, like scripted programs.
i think camille is causing trouble for spite
be serious! everyone dumps on camille, but kyle was acting like an a@$ too! when is responsibility going to be given to her for her actions? also, if i was doing business with someone and their wife was getting on my last nerve and calling me all kinds of names, i might not want to business anymore either! that is so true with so many people that i know! stop making it sound like it is so "awful" or "ridiculous." I liked Lisa, but her stuffiness is starting to show..especially when she favors kyle over camille. I like Taylor and Adrienne the most. Adrienne does not show favortism..she wants them both to be quiet and get along!
I don't dislike any of them, but they should grow up and i am compassionate towards camille about her divorce-only! he was a callous, old codger who was foul in his dealings! He will get it right back!

I agree, Kyle is just as bad as Camille and she treats her sister horribly. Kim is a bit out there, but she doesn't deserve to be treated like she's an idiot. The only likable one is Adrienne, despite the fact that she's most likely the wealthiest of the bunch she's extremely down to earth and normal. Lisa is ok, but I read that she is very demeaning towards her staff at the restaurants, even yelling at them in front of customers.
I'm at a loss. These women are quite boring. Let's compare, shall we?
— The OC ladies are big spenders relative to their incomes. They also have incredible plastic surgeries and all seem to want to look like the blond California girl in her teens. A number of them are seriously crazy and thus, they're interesting.
— The NYC ladies are parvenus and entrepreneurs who use the show for promotional purposes. They have active lives. Also, there's the icky Australian guy. Fun to watch.
— The NJ ladies are out of a mob movie playbook. They would have been interesting even without the Danielle drama.
— The DC ladies were fun in that it was interesting to watch what passes for social events in DC. The Salahis were icing, but they got boring after I got used to expecting everything that came out of their mouths to be a lie.
— The BH ladies have the plastic surgery and the desire to be blond (most of them), but we have that in the OC. They have lots of servants and service-providers around, so anything that happens is likely done by a person other than the ladies. So boring. They have the catfight going, but all the shows have that, and it's boring to watch childish feuds. I think the only interesting things on the show are:
a. Maloof's husband's bad manners and his hitting on other women.
b. Camille's impending divorce.
c. Jiggy.
Unfortunately, that's not enough to sustain my interest. I can't be bothered to watch women fighting.
The reason Camille looked horrified when Adrienne said she & Kyle should both be put in "time out," was because WHAT CAMILLE HEARD was, "Someone needs to kill your skankie butt!"
Camille is nasty and vile. She needs more attention than any group of people can afford to give. That woman is a nightmare and I'm surprised Kelsey lasted as long as he did!
I'm hoping they dump Camille or I won't be watching anymore. She literally makes my stomach hurt. I've never seen a more manipulative piece of trash = oh and by the way she's ONLY 44? She's looks MUCH OLDER.
Camille is the worst actress I've ever seen! What's hysterical is she says she hopes things with Kelsey work out because she'd like to continue working with him...Gah...Yes Camille, I'm sure you would. But YOU have no talent - that's sort of the problem. She's stiff, can't dance, can't act, self indulgent, nasty....a terrible mother oh and I know her! I've lived in Malibu for a long time! No noe likes her and although I don't believe Kyle said what Camille accuses her of what's funny is that's what everybody in the industry thinks.....No one wants Camille around, they've only ever put up with her because of Kelsey.
i think they all with the exception of 2 maybe are drama queens.... to me they put the focus on making camille the worst! but to me kyle is so fricken insecure she clings to her hubby at every event, wants more kids with her hubby , and then picks on camille for what i see for no reason,, it started in las vegas when camille was dancing at the club quite sexy.. but so was everyone else, bottom line camille is left alone, cause kelsey took a job in NY, and kyle is the only one who seems jealous of camille
Camille is a poor excuse for a respected hollywood celebrities wife. My god she took credit and responsibility of her husbands sobriety as if she did all the work. She acts like a wanna be hooker!!
The people who defend Camy on here must be her employees because we all know she has no friends. She has a weird obsession with Kyle. When she's not talking about her, she is thinking up plans on how to ruin her evening. Camy is one sick mother. Is she really only 44? Ewww! She looks like she's 55 with tons of plastic surgery! Ick!
