'Million Dollar Listing' cast shakeup: Who isn't returning for Season 4? [Updated]
Whether you love or hate the trio who makes up the cast of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," it seems as if Bravo is moving on without one of them.
According to Zap2it's sources and as first reported by realityblurred.com, the perfectly coifed bowl haircut of Hilton & Hyland real estate agent, Chad Rogers, won't be making an appearance in Season 4.
The 33-year-old was previously considered the series' lead. So, what does that mean? Our sources tell us the network is bumping up one of the other series regulars into the show's lead position.
We contacted Bravo for confirmation and a network spokesperson responded, "We haven't announced anything regarding the next season of ['Million Dollar Listing'] yet, but we will be soon."
And by soon, we hear Bravo will make the official announcement by the end of this week.

[Update Dec. 17 7:15 p.m. ET As we originally reported, Bravo announced Chad Rogers' replacement. Rogers' reps say that it was the realtor's decision to leave the series and that he wasn't let go by Bravo as a previous version of this article stated. At this time, Bravo hasn't returned our request for further comment.]

I think it'll be Josh. And he'll be delighted to do so! But then, I'd ask Chad's dog to be my agent before I asked Chad.
I'm glad he'll no longer be on the show. I always found him annoying, especially his nasally voice. Of the three, Madison has always been the most tolerable to me.

I certainly hope that Josh won't be put in Chad's place as he is the one I can't bear to see in the episodes. He just has to do something about that untidy facial hair climbing all the way down his neck to his chest. Ugh, it is disgusting. Please let someone trim it or get rid of it as it is just not attractive. He is also so into himself that he does not need a girlfriend, he is egotistical and what is most pathetic is that he thinks he just IT. He always looks like one of those sleazy agents and I would not let him handle the sale of my house. I enjoyed Chad as he was so honest in his dealings but he was far to anal retentive for me. As for his hairstyle, I kept waiting for it to fly off his head or something which really did distract me when watching the show. I vote for Madison as he is just georgeous and who cares about his sexual preferences as long as he can do the job and he does. I also like his casual/smart dress sense and the way he handles his job, he is so cool and laidback. He can sell my house for me.
I'm a Realtor, and I can see that Chad is very good at what he does, but man I don't like his personality, or lack of one, so I'm not going to miss him. Madison is Mr. cool to me, I like him a lot.
OMG I couldn't stand this guy. I loved Josh and Madison but this guy was had serious personality issues and was so full of himself. Good ridance.
I used to be a fan of Chad Rogers and enjoyed watching him on the show. That was until I met him. I recently was in a situation where I had to work with Chad and he was kind of rude and somewhat condescending. I asked him a simple question about when the show was coming back on tv and he ignored me. At first I thought he didn't hear me because it was kind of loud so I asked again. He told me in a very condescending tone, "I kinda can't talk about it, ok." I'm used to having celebrities treat me like crap as I often get confused for a paparazzo, but this was a huge disappointment.
The show was proof that a fair amount of fiction was involved in the scripts. Chad was portrayed as a straight man with a girlfriend who he doted on in the show; in reality, Chad is either gay or bisexual. He is often seen snuggling with young men in a well-known gay leather bar in Silverlake. As a gay man, I found his portrayal as a straight man on the show a bit offensive.
Who cares what his sexual orientation is?...AND bi-sexual means that he's very much entitled2 have a girlfriend on the show! As a "gay man", u'd think u'd know that!The entire world knows what bi-sexual means fool! And perhaps ur approach 2ward Chad warranted an attitude...sure seems like u have 1 heck of 1 so why is THAT ok?!Jealousy will eat u up! Don't hate boy!
I thought Chad was great, and will miss him. Now Madison explaining his sexuality every other scene is all we got to look forward too???
