'How I Met Your Mother': Cobie Smulders cries at own performance in People's Choice promo
"How I Met Your Mother" star Cobie Smulders may not be nominated for a People's Choice Award, but that's not keeping her from toeing the company line in the latest ad for the show's Jan. 5 CBS broadcast.
"I'm not a person, I'm a celebrity," Smulders admits. "But, you know what? Sometimes I really do feel like a person."
Her Achilles heel is her own acting prowess -- something that is actually showcased pretty well in the spoof. We also like how she's not even committing to tuning in, though she does "plan on watching."
And maybe she will. "How I Met Your Mother" is nominated in four categories this year: Favorite TV Comedy, Favorite TV Comedy Actor (Neil Patrick Harris), Favorite TV Comedy Actress (Alyson Hannigan) and Favorite TV Guest Star (Carrie Underwood).

I really hope HIMYM wins and NPH. Cobie should have been nominated. She's so talented and beautiful, its just ashame that her performance doesn't get recognized.
