'Hellcats' moves to Tuesday, 'Life Unexpected's' two-hour sendoff

Thellcats-320.jpghe CW has unveiled its mid-season schedule, and there are few surprises. After holding steady in Wednesday's post-"America's Next Top Model" spot for the fall, Zap2it's favorite guilty pleasure, "Hellcats," will cheer on over to Tuesday nights at 9 p.m.for the remainder of the season.

"America's Next Top Model," which will begin Cycle 16 on February 23, will now be followed by the new weight-loss reality show, "Shedding for the Wedding," hosted by Sara Rue.

"Life Unexpected,"
which is unlikely to return for a third season, will take a bow on January 18 with a special 2-hour finale event after reaching a ratings high last week.

LUX is one of the best shows ever on the CW...WB...UPN...and trust me I've watched them all...but not anymore...and I hate when they can't even give us a true finale

Nothing surprising but IMHO Life Unexpected was the highest quality show cancelled this season. Medium second, nothing else third.

Guess its a good thing that What not to wear is moving to Tuesday nights at 9 pm. I will mourn LUX, but will not watch another new CW show again.

the only reason LUX was losing in the rating was because it was up against DWTS...it picked back up this week...I really like this show the cast was great...I will admit I hated baze with the older lady but after the previews I could see that was on the way out...but over all this show was really good...

I will miss the show.. it was fun to watch. I wish they would stop giving us shows than taking them away.. shame on you.

I miss so miss Lux and her crazy family! Is there anyone we can petition or email to try to get it back?!!

That's the NBC methodology of airing shows and then canceling them after a certain time. This Sara Rue show won't last too long.

The CW/WB has always been experts in cancelling their very best shows and keeping terrible shows way past their prime.
One Tree Hill was chosen over the best show ever (Veronica Mars) and it will manage to out live Life Unexpected. TV is not fair.

One Tree Hill should really see an exit after this season... It has gone on way too long... All the "drama" on the show is visibly forced... It is taking the real One Tree Hill out of itself... Veronica Mars should definitely have stuck around for a season or two... Was definitely disappointed about that... But that is the business...

Life Unexpected's second season has been truly awful.
