TV ratings: Viewers vote for 'Dancing With the Stars' Tuesday

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010Tuesday's ratings start with a caveat: Because of pre-emptions and local breaks for election coverage, the numbers are likely to change a little more than normal when final nationals are calculated. But in the fast nationals at least, viewers cast their Nielsen ballots for "Dancing With the Stars" and ABC.
ABC averaged 12.1 million viewers and a 7.8 rating/12 share in primetime, easily beating the 9.5 million and 6.1/10 for second-place CBS. NBC (6.5 million, 4.1/7) came in third for the night. FOX (4 million, 2.6/4) came in fourth, and The CW drew 1.95 million people and a 1.3/2.
Midterm elections coverage and reruns of regular programming kept the adults 18-49 numbers low, with ABC leading the pack with just a 2.4 rating. NBC, 2.1, took second, followed closely by CBS at 2.0. FOX scored a 1.4 in the demo and The CW a 0.9.

Really missed No Ordinary Family last night. But ABC did much better with DWTS results at 8:00. Whole Truth not on tonight either. I guess it'll be 2 hours of the best comedy on tv. BTW Better With You has improved recently.

I was rooting for Meg Whitman to become governor of California but hats off to Jerry Brown. But I can't get over the fact that DWTS still gets me tired, wish this cycle one of the worst.

2.The Texas Rangers REAL WORLD SERIES was playing the New York Yankees; thus explaining their uninspired play in the Fall Classic
3. The Braves PRACTICALLY gave away the NLDS
There you have it, this how the Giants won the WS. No team, and I mean no team, has won the WS without AN ELITE SLUGGER. Pitching is one thing but you must have an elite slugger to back the elite pitching
It's the truth, your guys are a fluke because the other teams pretty much laid their bats to watch how good your pitching was and see if your hitters can hit.
Meanwhile, the champagne is popping in Minnesota Twins country as the label of being the WORST WORLD SERIES CHAMPS got removed
