TV ratings: 'Dancing,' 'House,' 'Men' all rise Monday

Fast National ratings for Monday, Nov. 15, 2010ABC kept its hold on the total-viewer lead Monday but lost the adults 18-49 race due in part to improved numbers for "House" on FOX and "Two and a Half Men" on CBS.
"Dancing With the Stars" was steady in the demo and actually rose a little in viewers Monday, but ABC fell a bit because the show was only 90 minutes long this week. The network still led the night by a good margin, though, averaging 15.3 million viewers and a 9.7 rating/15 share in households. CBS (10.6 million, 6.5/10) came in second, followed by FOX (8.4 million, 4.9/7). NBC finished fourth with 5.3 million viewers and a 3.3/5. The CW (1.7 million, 1.2/2) was at the back of the pack.
In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS matched its 3.4 rating from last Monday but ended up in first because ABC dipped to a 3.2. FOX took third with a 3.0. Neither NBC (1.6) nor The CW (0.9) was really competitive.

Wow! Over 10 million viewers for a rerun of The Middle. America has finally embraced this hilarious show. Yay!!!
I think Middle was a rerun from last season. This particular episode featuring Betty White has has already aired a few times. Very funny ep, but it didn't help Castle this week. I guess Castle really needs a stronger direct lead in like DWTS.
Hope this Middle rerun helps build its Wednesday ratings.
Another great night for CBS and Fox's House. House again proves that it is the greatest show on TV and HIMYM was an amazing episode. Too bad the old folks are watching DWTS. Too bad for Castle, it seems it needs a large lead in to be #1. WHY?? ABC is a network for old people!!!

Jetta, about half of those viewers simply left the TV on after DWTS. I wonder what Monday night football ratings were compared to these. Do this many people really still watch House? Castle is still the best thing on Mondays in my opinion.
Jetta, half of those viewers simply left their TVs on after DWTS. I would also like to see Monday Night Football's Ratings compared to these. People are still watching House? That show starting going down the tubes when they decided to change things up with the main cast. Why didnt they just keep the cast as it was with Foreman, CHase and Cameron. Haven't liked it since the change. BTW Castle is still the best thing on Monday nights, that is all.
Really don't know why people still watch Two and a Half Men and Mike & Molly, Dancing with the Stars once again bothers me and H5O still got me hooked as well as The Event this show continues to creep me out.
