'Top Chef Just Desserts' finale: Yigit, Danielle or Morgan FTW? Vote!

top-chef-just-desserts-final-3-s1-320.jpgHave you survived the inaugural season of "Top Chef Just Desserts"?

It's been a long, tearful road, but now we see who among the Final 3 can boast being the most skillful, adaptable yet emotionally stable pastry chef'testant on the finale Wednesday night (Nov. 17).

We've weathered two Heathers, a dearth of chocolate, equipment hoarding and all of Seth's myriad issues and fits to come down to Danielle Keene, Yigit Pura and Morgan Wilson.

Let's revisit their performances:

Danielle, 29 - The Southern California native did pretty lousy at the beginning, ending up in the bottom four times despite a penny candy dessert of "worms in dirt" that won her a Quickfire challenge. She's come through at the end, however, first with a team win for Dessert Wars and a win for the most recent Elimination challenge, creating a 61st anniversary cake for Sylvia Weinstock and her husband, Ben. Personality-wise, she's probably one of the funniest, but she does have a sibling-like intolerance of Morgan that sometimes comes out as really snotty.

Yigit, 29 - This San Francisco chef from Turkey started out strong but has been faltering lately from the stress. His wins include the Quickfire souffle challenge, the B&W Elimination challenge and another Quickfire mise en place team win. He's placed high fairly consistently though. He's generally a bit more sweet tempered, but not the best under pressure.

Morgan, 37 - This Dallas guy has plenty of testosterone and confidence to spare and has butted heads with more than one chef. The boy can cook though, and has won three Quickfires (ice cream sundae, edible bouquet, four personal Godiva truffles) and three Elimination wins (Lucent Dossier team, edible clothing, Dessert Wars team). He's the most consistently highly ranked chef on the series.

Morgan is extremely obnoxious but he's also the most talented

Morgan all the way.

Personality aside, Morgan has been the most consistent the entire season, but I wouldn't be upset if Yigit took the title.

I love Morgan, he's the best therefore he's gonna win.

Morgan was the most consistent...and cool. He was the outsider that all the whiners complained about.

Morgan should have won. It is sad that he had a single misstep at the end and that both of his sous-chefs did not like him.

I don't see how anyone can say Yigit was a strong competitor throughout. He is just a prick. But I guess he did well.

I'm just so glad Morgan didn't win. I'm sorry, but his horrible attitude makes me detest him.

Morgan, likable or not, his desserts looked the best! Judges always praised his flavors. He should have won, but I guess they wanted to surprise the audience.

I was hoping they would bring back Seth so he could freak out and brutally murder Morgan.

I will agree that Morgan was a great chef but with a lousy attitude.Danielle also had a very snippy side while Yigit kept on and created some memorable desserts. If i had to purchase a dessert from any one of them it would be Yigit just because of his creativity and his sweet personality!
